These practices focus on calming the ripples of the mind by bringing awareness to your breath, building power through breathing rhythms and developing concentrated intention through your drishti point, your focused gaze.

Vinyasa Flow

Linking conscious breath with fluid movement. Postures are linked together in a sequence which flows together a little bit like a dance. Breath is controlled + directed the timing + coordination of the flow. Room heated to 90 degrees

Power Vinyasa Flow

Similar to the vinyasa flow. Power Vinyasa adds a higher intensity with the room heated to 105 degrees, 40% humidity. Focusing on core and stability.

Restorative

Held in a room at 80 degrees, this sequence enables deep relaxation as you hold poses for longer periods of time with the help of props that support. Achieving physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

The Original Bikram Hot Yoga

26 postures and 2 breathing exercises held in a room at 105 degrees with 40% humidity. Intended to replicate the climate of India. This environment deepens flexibility and improves arterial stiffness.

Soothing Flow

Senior Flow brings awareness to those areas of tension through a slower flow linking rounds of soft postures. This soothing sequence will test balance and mobility.

Guided Meditation

Guided meditations focus on settling in to a comfortable position and concentrating on a word, thought or figure. This helps quiet the mind from the external factors that inevitably enter our lives.

Fire and Ice

Sauna to Cold Plunge sessions involve 3 back to back rounds of 15 minute sauna straight to 3 minute cold water plunge. Produces endorphins and adrenaline. Helps blood circulation. Improves endurance and energy.

Sound Bath

Sound baths incorporate waves of sound in a vibrational meditation, as the resonant music stimulates the frequency that vibrates within us.

Guided Cold Plunge

Cold plunge involves submerging in water between 40 - 50 degrees for 2 - 5 minutes. By regulating the breath and using concentrated intention you target the Vegus nerve reducing anxiety and boosting dopamine and norepinephrine.

Open Discussions

Open discussions are usually held after a practice to open up to the community, introduce yourself and share where you are at in your journey. Open to share challenges, break through moments, and why you practice yoga. A safe space agreed upon before opening up the discussion.

A specialized one on one guided practice or group event. Includes a prior consultation to determine the best sequence for you or your group.
